Lea Michele dio un emotivo discurso de agradecimiento en los Teen Choice Awards

Luciendo un hermoso vestido rosa y un dije con el nombre de Cory, se mostró muy emocionada agradeciendo el apoyo incondicional de los fans y recordando la importancia que tuvo el fallecido actor en su vida.

También el elenco de Glee recibió la tabla de surf como mejor show de comedia del año y varios del elenco subieron al escenario a recibirla.

Crepúsculo: Amanecer – Parte 2 ganó siete premios, entre los galardones se encuentran el de mejor película en las categorías de Ciencia Ficción/Fantasía y Película Romántica y los dos premios que se llevó Kristen Stewart como mejor actriz en las mismas categorías. Su coestrella Robert Pattinson se alzó con el premio al mejor actor de la categoría Película Romántica, así como también fueron celebrados los actores Taylor Lautner ganó en la categoría Ciencia Ficción/Fantasía y Kellan Lutz se llevó a casa el premio Ladrón de Escenas.
